CES 2025: Incheon-IFEZ Promotion Hall Successfully Concludes
The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ) announced the successful operation of the “Incheon-IFEZ Promotion Hall” at CES 2025, showcasing Incheon’s future city vision and innovative companies on the global stage.
Under the theme “Urban Renaissance: Building Tomorrow’s Smart Cities Today,” the promotion hall highlighted sustainable urban futures powered by Incheon’s innovative technologies, attracting over 12,000 visitors.
Twelve companies supported by IFEZ won a record-breaking 13 CES Innovation Awards, gaining significant attention from global buyers and investors. The event further cemented the reputation of Incheon’s cutting-edge technology on the international stage.
Incheon plans to strengthen global outreach by signing a business cooperation agreement with the “Global Chamber” to support domestic innovative companies entering international markets.
Incheon Launches AI-Based Civil Service Chatbot ‘Incheon TalkTalk’
Incheon City launched its new 24-hour civil service chatbot ‘Incheon TalkTalk’ on KakaoTalk today (13th).
The chatbot provides services across seven categories, including transportation, welfare, and complaint reporting, handling responses to 221 types of questions through AI-powered conversations.
Citizens can access the service by searching ‘Incheon City Website’ in the KakaoTalk search bar and adding it as a Plus Friend.
Incheon TalkTalk offers real-time answers and provides links to relevant civil service websites for additional information.
Incheon Donates 200 Million KRW for Jeju Air Accident Victim Relief
Incheon City announced today (13th) that it donated 200 million KRW from its disaster relief fund to the Korean Red Cross’s special fund for victims and families affected by the Jeju Air accident.
The donation will be distributed to victims and their families for recovery efforts and psychological and financial support.
Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok stated, “We hope this contribution will help victims recover quickly and regain stability in their lives.”
2025 Incheon Young Artists Concert
The 2025 Incheon Young Artists Concert by the Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra will take place on January 23 (Thursday) at Art Center Incheon Concert Hall.
In November, the orchestra held an open audition to discover and collaborate with emerging young talents connected to Incheon. Following two audition rounds, three promising young artists were selected.
Since its debut in 2022, this concert series has launched the careers of six performers and continues to serve as a vital platform for nurturing Incheon’s next generation of classical musicians.
