Changes in the virus control guidelines for restaurants and cafes following the extension of level 2.5 social distancing restrictions

- Only takeaway and delivery are allowed at fast food restaurants when customer orders coffees, beverages or desserts

- Customers are not allowed to sit in at self-service cafes

 

Enhanced management of all entrants from the UK

- Designate and manage those who are subject to the above measures and strengthen the monitoring of their observance of the virus control rules

- Administer a test immediately after the COVID-19 symptoms are found while under self-quarantine and another test to be conducted prior to the end of self-quarantine period

When the level of social distancing is 2 or higher, anyone can get a COVID-19 diagnostic test regardless of epidemiological connections or the presence of symptoms.
