COVID-19 Vaccinations (as of 00:00, Jul. 21)

- 81.7% of people eligible for the first round of shots and 32.4% of those eligible for the second round of shots have been vaccinated.

    *Vaccination coverage rate can be lower than the previous day’s figure due to a change in the vaccine eligibility.

 

Special COVID-19 inspection (illegal operations) on entertainment establishments jointly with Incheonn Autonomous Police (from Jul. 3 )

- Target: nightclubs and bars, karaokes, colateques, hunting pochas (s treet cart bars where socializing is encouraged), gamseong jujeoms(restaurants where patrons can dance and socializing is tacitly encouraged), holdem pubs (bars where poker games are available), singing rooms, illegal bodobang (prostitution agencies)

- Results: a total of 33 violations detected (criminal charges: 6, fines: 27)

   

COVID-19 testing for 3,116 people who used public facilities related to confirmed cases is underway (positive: 6, negative: 1,980, in progress: 1,130)

- Out of 54 people related to a hospital in Michuhol-gu: Negative-49, In progress-5

- All 19 people related to a religious facility in Gyeyang-gu tested negative.
