- Eligibility: out-of-school adolescents born from Jan. 1, 2003 to Dec. 31, 2014 whose address is registered in Incheon

*Elementary, middle, and high school students or stop-out students (of foreign schools and alternative schools), students abroad are not included    

- Application period: November 3 30, 2021

- Application method: Visit to out-of-school adolescent support centers or apply online
