Implementation of a gradual return to normal life - new quarantine rules at cinemas and performance venues

- No restrictions on business hours with alternating seats left empty (The fully vaccinated are exempt from this rule)

- Inoculation certificate or PCR negative certificate are is not required but eating and drinking are not allowed

 

 

Key City Affairs

'Incheon City Support Measures for Return to Normal and people's livelihood' to be promoted for people to get back to normal life in a swift manner

- Support scheme worth a total of KRW 1.1624 trillion (KRW 2.3272 including financial support)

* KRW 100,000 to be paid to all citizens for smooth return to normal life (application and payment to be made within this year)

* Special support fund to be paid to micro business owners / Fund provided for those who had to close their business due to the pandemic (KRW 250,000, application and payment to be made in January 2022)

- Incheon's own quarantine measures: daily quarantine rules to remain in place

(testing, quarantine, vaccination, treatment)

- Incheon's own measures for people's livelihood: Consumption Subsidy (KRW 543 billion), Special Support Fund for businesses suffering losses (KRW 210.1 billion), Employment/Living support fund (KRW 409.3 billion)
