○ Quarantine rules for publicly used high-risk facilities

- No restriction on operating hours; to be exempt from providing proof of vaccination or COVID-19 negative test result report; to allow 50% seating capacity for regular religious activities (no restrictions when attendees are all fully vaccinated); to allow a choir consisting of fully vaccinated members, etc.

○ Incheon City will dole out Incheon City Disaster Relief and Return to Normalcy Fund of 100,000 won to every Incheon citizen

- Eligibility: Koreans and foreigners whose address is registered at Inchoen as of 24:00 October 31, 2021.

   - Payment: Through Incheon e-Eum cards

   - Application: (offline) from Dec. 20 – Jan. 31 (5-day rotation application: Dec. 20 – 24)

                (online) from Dec. 27 – Jan. 28 (5-day rotation application: Dec. 29 – 31)

          *5-day rotation system means application days depend on last digit of the birth year
